Ravinder Dhir, who heads the team of experienced Immigration consultants, is a former international diplomat and bureaucrat. Mr. Dhir qualified as a certified immigration practioner from Seneca College/ University of British Columbia. He has been successfully working with satisfied clients from different regions, background and ethinicity towards achieving their Canadian immigration goals.

As per the new immigration regulations, paid representatives must be authorized:
- In order to conduct business on behalf of clients when dealing with the Government of Canada in immigration and refugee matters; or
- To provide advice or assistance.
Authorized, paid representatives may only be:
- Immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants
